Site Preparations & Demolition

The beginning of any job is going to dictate how the remainder of the build is going to go, which is why all earth works and demolition is carried out either by Michael and his team, or under the direction of Michael. Where possible Michael BUILD will reuse any materials removed from your home.

Concrete

Michael’s experience in the building industry has come from the ground up stage, which means set outs, concrete and footings are carried out by him, and his team of workers to ensure the highest of quality work starting from the beginning.

Structural Components

Whether it’s brickwork or timber framing, all works carried out are completed to a higher standard than the minimum standard and, when possible, work is carried out by Michael and his team of skilled carpenters.

Site Conditions

Michael, and his team of carpenters will ensure the work site is clean, safe and ready for work at the end of each day. We believe presenting a safe and clean work site encourages a higher quality of workmanship from all trades involved. Michael BUILD strives to reduce the waste produced on the building site, working to maximise all materials, as well as reuse materials where at all possible

Access

Michael works closely with the clients as much as possible with access to the property throughout the building process. In the case of renovating, its not always required that the owners move out, saving money on rent and relocation.
